I love it when you play a song and because it was so fitting to the occasion, you play it all over and over, the occasion being your current place that you are living in, the status of your life at that time, what you felt overall, then when you look back at that time, or when you listen to that song, they go with each other, they walk the same path, evoke the same emotion altogether. “Dream Sweet in Sea Major” reminds me of my first time coming to California and living in San Jose, I knew nothing about the state and was all alone, only with a dream or a goal in mind is to make it, create something meaningful. A lot of the songs I listened during my childhood now remind me of myself at that age experiencing life. There is once particular song that reminds me of the time I was so invested in this Roblox game called “The Wild West”, I don’t remember the name now but I bet when I notice the song, the memory of me on my laptop trying to make money on the game will surface immediately. Songs are a storage for moments in your life. There will be a song I will be playing on my wedding that will remind me of such a loving moment in my life. “everybody loves somebody sometime”
